Most recently, in 2025, we acquired a nearby mill and installed a new saw production line, expanding our capacity to meet increasing demand across the region and beyond.

In 2018, Jacob relocated to Montana, entrusting the company to a strong management team. Under their leadership, the business has continued to thrive and grow. In 2022, Olympic Forest Products acquired Jacob A. Weaver, providing the financial backing and strategic support to accelerate growth while maintaining the company culture and values that customers depend on.

Recognizing the critical importance of logistics, we launched our own trucking division in 2015. With a fleet of 7 semi trucks and trailers, we gained control over delivery reliability and customer service. When you order from Jacob A. Weaver, we don't hand off your shipment to a third party—we deliver it ourselves. This owned fleet gives us the timeliness and control that customers depend on, and we offer semi-truckload delivery options that provide flexibility and cost-efficiency.

In 2010, we added a third automated nailing system to expand our pallet production. In 2014, we invested in what was, at the time, the first and only automated cutoff system of its kind—designed specifically to process green four-quarter lumber with precision and efficiency. These investments reflected our commitment to staying at the forefront of manufacturing technology.

In 2007, recognizing growing demand, we made a major investment in our capabilities. We constructed multiple new buildings and installed state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, including a modern lumber mill and pallet manufacturing facility. This expansion allowed us to dramatically increase production capacity while maintaining the quality standards that define our company.
