Jacob started the Jacob A. Weaver Company in 1993 with a clear vision—to become a trusted source for custom pallets and hardwood lumber in the Mid-Atlantic. What began as a focused operation has evolved into a comprehensive manufacturing and logistics operation serving customers across the region and beyond.

Nestled in the heart of hardwood lumber country, Jacob A. Weaver has access to some of the best forests and lumber mills in the Eastern US. We source premium hardwood species from hundreds of nearby mills, giving us unmatched material selection and quality. This geographic advantage translates directly to better products for our customers.

Our facility operates 5 saw lines, 7 nailing lines, and 2 kilns—all running modern, automated machinery. This production capacity allows us to fulfill large orders quickly without sacrificing quality. Whether you need 100 pallets or 10,000, we have the infrastructure to deliver.

We maintain an inventory of over 100 truckloads of finished pallets at any given time. This high-volume approach to inventory management allows us to respond to urgent requests, accommodate last-minute orders, and meet growing customer demand without delays. When you need pallets, we have them ready—not weeks away from production.

Our fleet of 7 semi trucks and trailers means we control delivery. We don't wait for freight carriers or hope your shipment arrives on time—we deliver it ourselves.
